By accessing or using KivoPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts.

You may use KivoPlay solely for personal, non-commercial streaming purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Download, reproduce, redistribute, or publicly screen any content
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on the platform
  • Bypass any content protection or DRM measures
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload, post, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on KivoPlay is protected by copyright law. The content is licensed for personal viewing only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews or ratings, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. You retain ownership but acknowledge we may moderate or remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Subscription and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KivoPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
